Insurance Coverage: Geri does not participate in any insurance plans. If your insurance provides medical-nutritional therapy for your diagnosis then a coded receipt will be provided at your request. Receipts are also available for flexible spending plans.
Payment/Cancellation Policy:
Initial Consultations are paid for in advance of the actual appointment date. Therefore, each new patient should download the registration form which includes a credit card authorization. Complete this form and fax it to (914) 864-1967. Payment for all subsequent appointments is due at the time of service. Visa, Mastercard, check, or cash is acceptable.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Last minute cancellations have great impact on the scheduling options for others. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will be billed to your credit card at half the fee of your scheduled appointment.
